Gunnersville was a brand-new three-day concert series that took place under a giant big top in Gunnersbury Park in September 2019. Blurring the lines between concert and festival, it saw the summer off in style with headliners Doves, The Specials and You Me At Six as well as street food and non-food traders.
Working closely with our client, Festival Republic, Continental Drifts managed all aspect of event production including navigating the complexities of a new site and working with FR’s Licensing Manager to finalise event management plans, secure planning permission and provide resident liaison support. We supplied a full artist advance service, working with our Artist & Technical Managers to advance all technical & hospitality riders; crew & supplier accreditation including build and break H&S inductions; plus, non-food trader procurement and management as well as working closing with the street food provider.

Working in conjunction with Festival Republic, Gunnersbury Park, TFL, the local authority and our security team to create an ingress & egress plan, carefully planning the pedestrian routes, road closures and taxi-rank procedure. We provided full site management from build to break and were the main production contact for all teams including ticketing, finance, press, marketing, health & safety, access, sustainability and promoters and designed the event site and schedule with everyone’s needs in mind.
