Giger-inspired Aliens, based on the scariest movie-monster ever. Terrifyingly realistic, very involved costumes, costly to perfect, but the end product is stunning. They make excellent statues on the door too. If space allows, fill a darkened room with smoke and a couple of strobes before leading guests through.
